Why We Built This Site
Arkansas permits broad access to many public records, but Union County warrant records do not sit in one office. District Court handles traffic, misdemeanor, ordinance, and preliminary-felony matters. Circuit Clerk Cheryl Wilson keeps circuit criminal records. The Sheriff’s Office serves warrants and publishes a limited feed. Because that feed is not a full name-search tool and ARCH excludes active warrants, one blank result cannot establish clearance. The site gathers the official contacts, court tools, record fields, and request paths needed to begin with the responsible office.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant lookups: how to run a warrant search by name and date of birth through the sheriff and the courts
- Outstanding warrants: how to check for active warrants and what an "active" status actually means
- Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise and which court holds them
- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants are issued and served in Union County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Arkansas court, the Union County Sheriff’s Office, or any government agency. Those limits are important:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers operate search boxes shown on some pages. They control their products, prices, and results. A paid signup may generate a referral fee that supports site operation. Their output is never an official Union County warrant confirmation, and this site does not control its scope or accuracy.
